I really didn’t know what to expect from a couch delivered in 2 boxes. Well, I must say I’m rather impressed. It shipped quick and well packaged. Directions were simple. 2 people under 30 minutes from the time I took to empty the boxes, unwrap and put it all together. The back cushions were vacuum sealed and I believe it said to allow 72 hrs for them to reach their fullness. Back cushions could be a little more full, perhaps can be filled. Still comfy though. Seat cushions are firm and comfy. Couch can be set up left or right chaise. I would consider a Velcro under the chaise so that I doesn’t lift up if you’ve decided not to reverse the chaise. Color is a beautiful neutral ivory with a linen look fabric. The tacks add a touch of class to it. Love it!

This couch is very nice. I really like the rivets, it makes the sofa look more expensive. The fabric is very nice in color and texture. The bottom cushions are very firm, which I think is good for long wear. The back cushions are not very full. I will probably end up adding some more poly into them as they do unzip. It took about five minutes to assemble.

This is a great sized sofa for small spaces! The sofa arrived before expected in two boxes. Everything was packaged well and clearly labeled. The instructions were straightforward and it took two of us less than thirty minutes to unbox and assemble. This could definitely be put together by one person. The sofa looks very nice and the fabric does look like distressed leather. It sits quite firm and the back cushions don’t have much support. The back cushions are vacuum sealed and say will plump up within 24 hours. If used regularly, I feel the sofa will break in and hopefully become a little less firm. I love the look for the intended space and am happy with the quality!

I hate to write this but this sofa is cute but cheap. It doesn't hole heavy weight well or if you want to sit in one spot more often than the other.

I bought this couch because of the positive reviews and the ability to have it shipped directly to my door because I couldn't carry it but it is really a terrible couch. It pills like crazy and no matter how much I try to keep up with it it looks awful. The cusions do not stay in place and are very saggy, and after about a month I could feel all of the springs digging into my back. Definitely do not recommend.
