They are nice chairs but I received one with a cracked seat base and missing a washer. Crazy glued it and hopefully it holds for some time. They Need to improve quality control

Im giving a three because Kayla the rep tried to correct but she was having issues with technology The chairs are solid which I like But it is not exceptable having three sent out that were bad . Kayla tried to help with the first complaint Omg I ordered 6 chairs . First one put together easily . Called in when I tried to put the second one together and holes did not match . Come to find out three were bad . I called in Kayla ( rep ) said she needed me to send in pictures it will only let me send one picture, well Kayla guess what I found three total that were not drilled right . My husband is not happy nor am I . Just wondering dont these get inspected before they are shipped

We bought this along with a 4 chair table set. Like with the set, one chair has a bit of a wobble. My husband has tried to resolve it, with no success. Overall, we are happy with the purchases. Price was great and the wood quality is solid. I just wish the one chair was even with the floor.
