On top of one of the recliners that only closes when it wants to, there are several staples sticking out between the cushions where my other recliner is. My son and his father have both scraped and bloodied their hand trying to recline that seat. Ive been in contact with Wayfair, and while theyre trying to be helpful, they are unable to send the new pieces for the malfunctioning parts and I have to do the run around on getting a repairman out to look at it. Not happy
