The cushions are really hard and the mattress is 2 inches thick not 5 inches as their illustration shows. Disappointing.

The Movers cost me more than the actual couch cost. It was scheduled for delivery had a book out my Airbnb because there would be no couch then after having my assistant wait for five hours because they didn’t stick to their timeline, then they had the audacity to say it didn’t make the truck went on the app it said it was on the truck. Then they scheduled it for two weeks later which means I couldn’t have any renters because I had no couch. They gave us a three hour window, then it was late three hours past that again, having to pay the assistant extra time. Then they actually tore the couch on the back of the couch cushion in three places. No, I’m not happy at all.

This is a nice, sturdy sofa bed; however, beware that the red color choice bears no resemblance to the advertised photo picture

I love my Sofa Bed, no one will even imagine it's a sofa bed. Looks very expensive, sturdy, and unique.
