Love it! Have had it about 6 months, it’s comfy and looks beautiful

The recliner was delivered on the date promised. The shipping box was well packaged, but extremely heavy for the average person to lift into the house. It was also difficult to unpack. Initially, I thought the chair legs, hardware and directions were missing. Since I had requested and paid to have a Wayfair technician assemble the chair, I contacted Customer Service to let them know that the items were missing. The customer service representative must receive calls about "missing" parts often, because he immediately responded that the parts and instructions could be found hidden in the back section of the chair. It would have been beneficial to have a note of some sort to inform the customer of this "secret" hiding spot. The chair looks exactly like it does on the Wayfair website. It is not very large, but appropriately sized for the library in my home. Despite having to get someone to lift the box into my living room and then unpack the chair, it seems to be reasonably priced.The chair was assembled by a Wayfair technician the day after it arrived. I was very pleased with the service provided.

These are very nice chairs. I wish I would’ve figured out that it didn’t have a handle to make it easier to put the chair back. I’m 76 and it takes a little bit of an effort to push it back, but it’s comfy and I like it.

Chair is hard, smaller than expected. Chair is very uncomfortable. The back doesn't stay in place when reclined
