Very easy to put it together. Very comfortable.

Cool chair, almost like going to build a bear how the parts come. But the flaw is the cushion wears down extremely quick like your sitting on the wood base after a few settings. This chair is ideal for something temporary but not long term unless you plan on adding extra cushion stuffing.

Surprisingly poor customer service re refund. I explained what I felt the chair was not Wayfair quality, therefore I was returning and expected some amount of a cost break. I sent photos of the way the arm rests are attached. I thought it would look ok, but it is not. Crunchy sound when you rest arms in it, and the Velcro edge does not extend down past cushion, just hangs there. Customer service rep laughed, said it looked fine, hung up, and did not call me back. My home is furnished mostly with Wayfair furniturefireplacesofa, etc. -this is not Wayfair quality customer service. I will think twice before ordering from Wayfair in the future.

Bought this for my son’s birthday he and his dog Maya love it ! Perfect for a small apartment in Philadelphia!
