Alyn Swivel Upholstered Counter Stool with Solid Wood Frame

I have received four chairs, and unfortunately, each one has its own set of damages. - All four chairs exhibit poor lacquer finishes, with two specific areas lacking lacquer on each backrest. - One chair is extremely unstable and cannot be used. - Each chair has various imperfections, including dents, chips, cracked wood, and areas where the lacquer is missing.

if you want these stools in the brown that's pictured, don't buy! they are a light cherry or mahogany color and not the rich brown shown.

They could be a little more sturdy but I love them

I ordered two bar stools, they are very well made and look great, I had a problem with one chair the side of the box was dented and sadly it put a Gough in one of the legs, I spoke to the team at Wayfair and they are working on getting me a replacement leg . Hopefully I will receive it soon

Sturdy, well built, beautifully designed, comfortable. These stools bring my room to another higher level.

I have had the chairs assembled for 1 month, followed the directions exactly, but they just will not stay sturdy. I bought 3 counter stools and have had to tighten the screws in each chair at least once a week. Also, one of the chairs is defective where a piece of wood is missing that is supposed to secure the screw. The chairs look very nice, but the construction of the chairs is not good.

Bought 4 counter stools. Tried to assemble 1st chair, but could not proceed with the assembly. Apron wood piece was broken and could not screw on to leg of stool. I am waiting for a reply or replacement from Wayfair. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.
