The package containing the parts for the bed was missing one leg and none of the parts had stickers to indicate which part they were. I reported the problem on August 12. Wayfair was very responsive and directed the manufacturer to ship two new legs (since without stickers, I didn't know whether I had a right or a left). The manufacturer waited two days to give the legs to Fedex , and then sent them via a very slow service so that I did not receive them until August 20. A seller whose customer has this kind of problem should have more of a sense of urgency to make it right. I will shop Wayfair again without fear, but I will never buy another Lark Manor product. It's a shame, because the bed (when I was finally able to assemble it) was easy to put together and looks great.

1 star for the shipping company and Wayfair service. Beautiful bed. Easy to assemble. Poorly packaged. Arrived with cracked footboard. Neither company has resolved the issue by replacing or refunding yet and it’s been over a month.

The bed came with a big scratch and missing hardware

This bed was a great find. Perfect for single guests or teenagers. It was well packaged and easy to assemble.

Easy to put together for an 85 year old female. Looks good and just what was needed for the space. The one complaint is that the slats just lay on the railings. The bed I replaced had velcro that kept the slats in place.
