I purchased the walnut and this is not a screen issue. It is DARK. This is full light and lots of natural light coming into the room. I also specifically purchased this one because the connection points were hidden, which is what is advertised. What came was a version where you can see the screws. Also, be aware that the picture is of it is without a box spring, so it looks taller, but in person is pretty standard height. There was no name of the product on the box, so I almost feel like this was a cheaper version of the advertised product.

As mentioned in other reviews, the picture is misleading, as it does not come up that high. However, it is well made and attractive and was easy to assemble.

I love th quality and the fantastic pricing

Not nearly as nice as pictured. It is way shorter in person and very small/ low to the ground. I'm really disappointed to say the least because I've waited 5 years to get a head board and footboard set just to not love it like I thought I would. Not accurate picturing at all.

Wish it wasn’t so low, it does easily scratch.
