I NEVER write negative reviews because I know the company isn't listening anyway, but I have to warn you that the manufacturer of this bed is AWFUL. They sent me a full-size bed instead of a twin and refused to compensate me for THEIR mistake, even though it meant my 84-year-old grandmother had to sleep on a mattress on the floor for 3 nights in her new nursing home. The representative I spoke to there tried to convince me I got the better end of the deal because the bed I got was $40 more expensive than the bed I ordered, and did not seem to care at all that it was not what I had ordered and would not fit in the room. I had to spend $800 to overnight and deliver a new bed from a local company so she could sleep in a bed. Wayfair had better customer service, but that's not saying much, as the manufacturer only communicated at midnight and would send aggressive follow-up messages when I didn't respond within 7 hours, since I was sleeping. If that wasn't enough, the quality of the bed was mediocre, and I ended up donating it to the nursing home, where they added additional supports because it was so flimsy and unsafe. You get less than you pay for, and you're not paying much anyway. SKIP it and save yourself.
