The chair seems to be well made, and the color is beautiful. However, the fabric does not hold up great it has gotten lots of pulls in it very quickly.

I love my new chaise, very well constructed, roomy & looks more expensive than the price. It certainly took a while to assemble, especially the slipcover.

Wayfair's shipping was terrible on this item, but the chair is great. Ordered on 12/14 and kept getting new delivery dates until finally I received the chair on 1/5. This chair is a fantastic buy - the cushion covers are reversible and washable. It's really comfortable - already took a nap. I did have to use my steamer to make the memory foam expand - as another reviewer said hers never expanded and she sent it back. Heat makes it expand faster than waiting around - it was to full size in 20 minutes. I love it.

This chaise looks beautiful as pictured. Don't be fooled! It is much smaller than it appears, the seat cushion never takes shape as shown in the picture and you have to completely assemble the piece upon delivery. It is not a solid piece. Returning the item was the biggest challenge as Wayfair does not provide boxes as they don't fit in the original boxes due to the expansion of the seat cushion. I am still working on the return, so may come back for a review update!!
