This product came to me in splinters. Pieces started falling out of the box as soon as I took the tape off. It was an open box, but if you read what open box means , it is not an unusable item. This item can't be fixed or used. Nothing is salvageable. I'm trying to get help, but just keep getting pop up that says non returnable. 10 years I have been looking at this set and just started buying the pieces. Unbelievable.

Beautiful, however I ordered 2 and one is very dark and the other is very light. NOT happy and will request a return after the rest of my order arrives to see what color it is.

Product arrived damaged. Top marble vanity cracked at rear corner. Outer shipping package was not damaged, but inner foam padding was crushed. Seemed to be a factory packaging issue. 7-17-23 Update. I called Wayfair customer service and they were very helpful. I found that the response from the supplier was going into my Spam e-mail folder and was being blocked by my IT security. Wayfair Customer Service gets 5 stars :) I requested a replacement from the supplier, and we will update their review once it is shipped. Updated 7-19-2023. Increased rating of the supplier to five stars. They agreed to replace the vanity at no charge. It is in transit and scheduled to be delivered Friday 7-21.
