Great in a small space. Perfect storage solution

I ordered this in white when it was on sale. I read the reviews, so I was prepared for the wood to have some discoloration and to have good wood glue on hand. Honestly I think the slight discoloration is kind of pretty, I wanted something that looked distressed. Because the piece is solid real wood I’m planning on sanding the edges just a bit to further distress it. I used my own bottle of wood glue and assembly was easy enough. Because it’s a solid wood attractive piece, and I knew about the issues before hand, I’m still giving it 5 stars. Assembled it’s adorable.

Poor delivery. Box falling apart. This product should be removed from Wayfair website. Was sent two of these and both have split and chipped wood, uneven finish/paint, both glue packets from both shipments were solid and unusable. The worst product I've ever revieved from any online merchant.

I would love to give this hall tree 5 stars, as it looks amazing in the spot I needed it for. However….putting it together was a huge headache. I had planned to use a power drill for the screws, but the composite wood boards would not allow it. The first screw I tried to install got stripped immediately as there was no way it was going into that board at the speed of the drill. So I had to put every single screw in by hand. Talk about a job! And the glue packet for the wooden dowels was almost completely hardened. It was like putty. So I had to go out and buy a bottle of wood glue. Guess these are a few of the reasons this piece was on sale!
