One of the Chair came with a scratch , please let me know what to do, as I will like to exchange this item. Do I hv to return the one that have the scratch or both . Please call asap- thank you..Hi still waiting on how to exchange this chair that came with the scratch.

great looking chairs.. However they are not perfect. dings and dents on brand new chairs. Wanted a replacement on one part (just one item needed replacement) that was damaged. They could only give me a 20% discount, OR I would need to return my item for a replacement. I'm sorry trying to repack and then get a very large box shipped back, a big inconvenience. So I did the discount and I will just put the chair in the back so no ones sees it. and Yes, I know these were not expensive chairs, but they shouldn't arrive damaged.

I really love these chairs, easy to put together. Very good quality, would definitely recommend.

I’ve had them for about 5 years now and they look as perfect as the day I got them!!

Like the material. After a while the screws get loose on the legs.
