Ardle Solid Wood Secretary Desk

Nice lightweight wooden piece of furniture for a small area. The drawers give it character and the color looks great.

Easy to assemble and good for a small space but the back was broken and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to open the inside compartment which was a selling point me. Disappointed!

Beautiful addition to my living room.

This desk was a disappointment. It was extremely difficult for 2 people to assemble. The desk also had 3 separate pieces that came off of it. I do not have access to the secret compartment. It just doesnt work. The desk itself is very nice. I bought it as it is a perfect size for my small living room.

Can't get the surface to slide out to reveal the "hidden" compartment. Otherwise it is a nice little desk.

The holes & screws do not match up had to purchase new screws to be able to assemble the desk. Very bad !!!

It was received damaged. Thered were two places where srips of wood had be broke off. About 4" by l" The broke off pieces were laying in the bottom of the box. I could never box it up, there were so many pieces.

I love my new desk! It fits perfectly into a small space, very sturdy well also being attractive. After reading the reviews, I was a little hesitant, but I had no issues assembling the desk by myself. I highly recommend.
