There was small damage to the wooden top. Wayfair, then the manufacturer responded the next day and we had the replacement part within 2 days. Excellent resolution and we love the product

Arrived in one piece- package was safe and secure. It took me three hours to assemble, and the instructions were crystal-clear. Photos were included and helpful; make sure to follow them. The product itself is gorgeous as well as sturdy. I need additional storage but look forward to using to top for serving and cooking purposes. I’m happy to have selected this item rather than a pantry. Love that it’s on wheels!

Love the design but is built with virtually NO framing support. Completely insufficient to even hold its own weight. See photo. Everything is crooked!!
