Great product. Wood, sturdy came fully assembled. We have limited space and was hard to find bookcase. This is super. Exactly what we needed.

A really nice piece of furniture. Very classy.

I really like this bookcase though I’m not happy because one of the doors is warped & not lining up with the other door. The wood is darker than it appears online but I’m ok with that. It gives me lots of extra storage space in my library.

The item arrived with a manufacturing defect and damage. The upper shelves were not solid wood. Replacement parts have not arrived 2 weeks later. A return and refund were requested after failing to get delivery information on the defective part. I have repackaged the item for return, but the label and pickup information have not arrived as promised. I have been unable to speak directly to a Customer Service Representative. The only option given was texting. This process has consumed more than 2 hors of my time and the problem has still not been resolved.
