The book shelf arrived in a lot of packaging which I was happy about because there were no scratches or damage anywhere. It looks just like the picture and was exactly what I was looking for. The quality is excellent. Very sturdy. We will probably anchor it to the wall just to be on the safe side because it is in child’s room. But not really necessary

Love it, but useless because shelf does not set level. Holes drilled for support are not set evenly. Item is useless. Extremely distracting to the eye. I can’t possibly manage a return.

Perfect service from start to finish.

This piece comes very carefully packed and arrived in perfect condition. It is just as pictured. Purchased for a reading nook recently added to our big room. The construction is solid, no assembly (except putting in the one shelf - adjustable height). In fact that's the only complaint and very minor.... Some of the holes for holding the little shelf brackets were a little too big for the brackets. I wrapped thin strip of masking tape around the pegs so they'd stick. The bookshelf brings warmth and coziness to the space.
