LOVE this little guy. Looks great and makes me feel warmer too. I am having an issue with the on off button on the Remote. But all the other buttons work fine. So I may need to ask for a replacement remote. But otherwise I love it love it.

Packaged really well and only need to screw in the fire box to the frame. Quality materials. Drawer rolls easily and is spacious. I like you can adjust the temperature and then the numbers for the temp disappear. You can also run flames without heat. I took off a star because there were no pre drilled holes to add the fire box. I used my drill and wood was so hard it broke my bit. Also the fire box is not very deep so it looks fake. There is plenty of room in the frame for a deeper fire box so it is a shame they did not design with a more appropriate size box.

Attractive and easy to assemble. Little assembly required - attaching the drawer pulls and inserting the firebox. 90 minutes from delivery to sitting and enjoying the fireplace. Much of that was spent carefully dismantling the shipping box to get it out. Very well packaged to avoid damage. Quick delivery - within 3 days of ordering and delivered on a Sunday!

I received this today and it's exactly what I was looking for. The pictures accurately described it and it is practically plug and play it was so fast and east to set up. Happy with this purchase!

Love this. Minimal assembly. Wood has a very nice finish on it.
