Very easy to put together with only one person. Stores quite a bit. When the leaf is extended, you have a nice, large workspace. Drawers are fairly deep, but are just a little bit too short to store ladles and other slightly longer kitchen utensils. Wheels are very smooth, and the island easily moves on tile floors, but the wheel locks keep the island in place when engaged.
