I love the nightstands, and the assembly was very easy. There were some issues with finish on both stands. There is peeling laminate on both, and there are areas in which the stain is too dark (and looks like freckles), and where there is very little stain present. There is also an area on one nightstand where the finish is very rough and bumpy. The peeling veneer is a real concern . Hopefully, it doesn’t occur in other areas with use.

I bought the two nightstands, the chest and dresser. They look nice. I am disappointed in that the majority of the pieces are not wood. The tops and fronts of all drawers are fake. Looks like the thinnest of veneer over pressed board. I would have gone a different direction had I known. This is for my master bedroom and was replacing an old wood set.

The dresser came with a few areas where the stain ran down before it dried, and there was a place where Layers were separated as well as a ding in one of the drawers. All of these were manufacturing issues. The delivery guys were great and when I called Wayfair, they offered a discount if I would keep the unit. I decided to do that for various reasons. The unit does not have full extension pullout drawers, but seems OK otherwise.

The quality of the finish was not as expected. Wayfair has been responsive and helped us with the return.
