Your product is extremely well made, looks exactly like the picture, and is a delight to sit on, feel comfortable, and maneuver the bottoms on the right side of the chair. It’s also a wow factor to view and fits nicely in my livingroom without taking up space.

Absolutely beautiful recliners! Very happy with this purchase, as you can see in the photos, these chairs are very well made, very comfortable, sturdy, picture shows them particularly reclined, they fully recline to a lying flat position, headrests are adjustable,separately from the rest of the chair! The most fully customizable recliners we have owned! Top quality leather, we purchased Saddle, but they are a little darker in person. That being said,we are extremely happy with our new recliners! After several days, I have to include that these chairs are VERY firm, if you’re looking for something that you can sink into and relax, these are not the ones. The seat sits high and firm,the armrests are low, it’s going to take a while to find the sweet spot in these chairs.

I love this so far. One of the steel cupholders is missing, but Ive been working with customer service on a replacement. The process has been easy and I expect a quick resolution. The chair itself is comfortable, the color is as I expected and the leather has a great feel. The motor is almost silent and the movement is smooth. The adjustable headrest makes such a difference in the comfort level of the recliner. I didnt give it 5 stars, because Ive only had it a few days. I want to see how well it holds up. Definitely worth the price.

The recliner looks high end what I would like for the chair is for the arm rest to be higher.
