Horrible product and customer service experince. Ordered a quantity of 2 (4 barstools in total). Among the 4, 1 in each box set was so poorly manufactured that the legs and seat frame did not properly align, rendering them unusable. All 4 had cosmetic damage, and as mentioned in previous reviews the foot rests are poorly aligned Reached out to customer service and despite waiting to receive the item, taking hours to assemble it, and the noted condition above the best that could be offered was a 25% refund (despite 2 chairs being unusable)

Junk!!! 1 chair was wobbly the second chair I can’t assemble at all because the parts do not fit together at all!! 1 of the legs is too long and looks like it is from another chair. Not worth the money at all! Customer service was absolutely NO HELP AT ALL!! They gave me 20% off for 50% damage. I can only use 1 chair. Don’t buy this item.. not worth the money.

I bought four bar chairs. All four are well made per my g-daughter that put them together. The smaller g-children love the “bounce” of the seats., very well-cushioned. The fabric is the beige and looks/feels like will hold its color and texture. So pleased with the overall product. Would buy again.
