Directions for assembly were very unclear and parts of the bed had to be unassembled then reassembled several times. The bolts used to assemble are prominent on the pull out shelves and top of head board which looks very tacky. We had to get white shelf liner paper to cover the silver bolts. The trundle does not slide well and will allow anything except a thin twin to fit. If my daughter didn't need a bed before Christmas arrived as we had to move I would be returning.

The bed is really cute and our daughter loves it. However, the directions were awful and the metal screws are all visible on the outside of the bed. Took a lot longer than expected to put it together.

Still putting it together.., missing some hardware but company responded quickly. Looks like once it’s together we will love it.
