Just what I needed. Modern, easy to clean, and can weight it with sand if needed. So far we have had significant storms and they have both stayed in place.

The packaging of this unit was done so well, everything was in place with no damages. If you follow the instructions properly the assembly is painless and fairly simple. I was able to assemble the island by myself and it took me 2 hours of work. This is perfect for my small kitchen, the seating will be wonderful for just myself and my husband and when we have guests we can accommodate them as a well. Very happy with this purchase.

More than one person is definitely needed for assembly, and the process goes much smoother using your own tools though the kit did come with its own. The outlet is manufactured to be upside down which was a little odd but not a huge deal. When I placed the order I had been under the impression that the table would retract completely into the island but it extends about two feet at all times. I had also thought when I ordered that the island would come with dining chairs but had to purchase my own separately.

Awesome quality matches perfect to my modern set up house! Love it! Easy to put together!

Love this island! It’s exactly what I needed. It was definitely a process to put it together but the directions are pretty easy to follow. Make sure you have someone to help you!
