Ottoman was gorgeous, however shipping package was plastic covering that was ripped exposing the material on the Ottoman, over half a cardboard box that was PHYSICALLY stapled to the bottom of the Ottoman itself. Who does that

Fabric is pilling after about 18 months. Neither Wayfair or the manufacturer would take responsibility for it. In fact, the manufacturer basically said that they don't make high quality products and I shouldn't expect it to age well.

Picture misleading. Does not come with ottoman. Chair is ok but would be more comfortable with place to put feet because sitting area is shorter

Not the best quality and does not stand up to four dogs abuse, but great for a no pet family!
