Directions took a little bit to understand but after that assembly was quick and 1 person can do it! I’m loving this so far very comfy looks amazing in our space…I did get 2 ottomans so now I’m shopping for a smaller coffee table!

This is the most awful online purchase I've ever made. First, I ordered dark gray, received light gray. Secondly, this is the most lumpy, hardest piece of furniture I've ever sat on. Third, the middle section has a bar that is sticking up and when you sit on it, it feels like it's trying to throw you forward. The second photo shows a ruler, at the top you can see the impression of a rod sticking up that runs towards the white dot in the background. What you can't tell in the photo is the ruler slopes downward. You can't sit in the middle! It's just awful and I hate it!! I contacted Wayfair who did agree to pick it up and they offered to send the dark gray, but I declined due to how uncomfortable it is. They then stated I would receive shipping labels for the pickup. Great! But when I read the instructions that came with the shipping labels, it states that I have to REPACK THE FURNITURE IN THE BOXES and set outside for Fedex to pick up. Are you kidding me? This type of furniture is packed by heavy machinery for shipping and they think the average person is going to be able to squeeze these pieces back into the boxes? They know you're not going to be able to do that, they know you're not going to be able send it back. SHAME ON YOU WAYFAIR! This is completely unreasonable, it's not a set of dishes and it's beyond ridiculous that this is the process and I'm dumbfounded that some person at Wayfair thought of this. Never again will I buy furniture online from anybody, I will do so from a local store. I want to add that when this was delivered, my husband and I were away and our son came to our house to bring it in. He also unpacked it and put it all together for us so we wouldn't have to deal with it (we're in our 60's). This may seem petty, but I'm angry at Wayfair for that as well, my son did all that work to do something nice for us and it's the WRONG item and feels like ten year old furniture from the thrift store and now we're stuck with it because of Wayfair's process that lacks any intelligence and responsibility.

I would give this five stars if the assembly wasn’t so awful. The directions were among the worst I’ve seen. Once assembled, this is a comfortable and attractive sectional. I’m happy we bought it.

I must say I regret purchasing this sofa. It is so uncomfortable and not at all as tailored as the photos appear. The wrinkles and creases in the fabric simply won't come out. It feels like it is tipping you forward and out of the seat. I need to return this if it is possible. Do yourself a favor. Don't purchase it.

Overall, I am not pleased with this couch not for the price I paid. The back is not sturdy at all and its uncomfortable because you lean back so far. The cushions are very thin and move every time you lean back and then they push out the seat cushions. If it wouldnt cost me a fortune to return it, I would definitely be returning.
