Lit escamotable avec station de charge intégrée

Very displeased with the minimal and confusing instructions. Some of the hardware is defective and needs replacement, but I am having very little success in contacting customer service. UPDATE: we were able to contact customer service, and they sent a full set of replacement hardware which worked. Thank you! Some items to note: 1) assembly instructions could use much more clarification, and 2) pilot holes are missing from several of the wood pieces (other pieces had pilot holes, which were key in putting them together correctly).
