It’s lovely. The chair is firm which is good for my back. It’s also high so easy to get up. The tilted headrest is a bonus. It was easy to assemble. I highly recommend it. After I had it for less than one year, it stopped working. The issue I had was with Allstate. They were difficult to communicate with and it tools weeks to resolve the issue. They did send out a technician who fixed the problem.

Recliner is solid and sturdy. It’s wide enough for any sized individual. Controls work great and leather is smooth to the touch and smells great. Be aware It doesn’t rock or swivel.

The delivery men called first thing this morning and arrived according to their schedule. The men were courteous and quick as they brought it in, assembled it and moved the chair into place. I appreciated their work as back surgery has limited the weight I can lift. The recliner itself is comfortably firm and the action quiet. I can see it quickly becoming my favorite chair! If I had the space, I would purchase another one! Thanks, Wayfair!
