Beautiful, high quality, comfortable. Would have given 5 stars if the USB ports worked upon receipt, but they didn't and not worth hassle to try to return for that.

I love the furniture however, the love seat arrived missing the power transformer. At delivery, I was told the part should arrive within a few days. It has now been 2 weeks since I had my furniture delivered. Yesterday, I received the part but it was the wrong part. I reordered the correct part and today, I got an email informing me that the replacement part has been delayed. It looks like it will be another 2 weeks. That makes 1 month that I have been unable to use my loveseat. That is unacceptable.

We are very happy with this purchase. Beautiful finish and very comfortable. Did not disappoint. Delivery personnel did a great job as well.
