We absolutely love this chair. The color (Kiwi) looks just as it did online and feels the same as the free swatch we received. Customer support with the custom upholstery department was very prompt and communicated directly to help with our project. The chair itself is a good reading chair, big enough to curl up into, but not too commanding like a recliner. It is very soft, but the appropriate level of firm. Delivery was very easy, and it even arrived early. I would just recommend removing the plastic floor protectors from the feet and purchasing nail-in felt protectors. Also, cannot believe the quality for the price.

It is beautiful and so comfortable. This is a chair that you want to sit in for hours to read and watch Netflix. It was delivered sooner than expected and the delivery service was superb.
