Couch arrived damaged, the leather on the back was ripped. Or should I say Vinal? It's not very leather like at all.

The sofa is lovely, seems well made, nice firm cushions, well padded arms with leggit plate springs. I bought it for my dog, she is shy and likes to hide under the sofa and uses ramp to get on it. The white glove delivery went very well and smoothly. The delivery men were polite and helpful, well appreciated. Thank you.

I must say I am very pleased with my new sofa. It matches my chase wonderful. I couldnt find the sofa anywhere since the place I got my chase from, the other things that went with it was discontinue this was perfect. A friend of mines told me about Wayfair. And I know now I will be buying lots more from you guys. The guy who deliver it he was extra nice he put it up exactly where I wanted was just wonderful again thank you Wayfair.

We really liked the sofa when it first arrived and immediately instituted a no-kids-allowed policy. We rarely use the living room, so it has no real wear or tear on it. I should have checked the seat cushions more carefully as we recently discovered that part of the stitching on the underside of one cushion was not done correctly. I removed the cover for a closer look: there are about 3 inches of the black stitching that drifted into the raw edge of the fabric. Please see the photo. The fabric has the propensity to unravel at the seams and the edges are not reinforced, so it may not last as long as we'd hoped. I'm disappointed as this is our first furniture purchase as newlyweds. It's past the return window but I just wanted to alert others to the potential issue. Btw, my late mother was a professional seamstress and I learned what proper stitching looks like while hanging out at the design studio during summer breaks. The workmanship is sorely lacking.
