Overall very happy. Everything came undamaged and is beautiful. Aso others stated, it's definitely cream, not white. The seat bases are nice and big. The leaf allows for 6 to sit comfortably, but I think you could squeeze in 8 if you had to. My picture shows the wood color pretty accurately. UPDATE: It's been 2.5 years since I purchased this set. It is doing great. I have 2 very young children and so it receives a lot of abuse. While there are certainly some light scratching where the kids sit, It's understandable and not terribly noticeable. The leaf is so easy to get in and out... That by itself is a reason to buy! The chairs are all also still in great condition. The table gets used very frequently everyday. Highly recommend! We'll see how it holds up over time.

Everything was very nice but my tables was cracked in delivery.

We absolutely love this table set. We needed a table that would extend and be sturdy for our big family and this fits the bill.

Nice looking, sturdy & heavy table and chairs. Took 3 weeks to be delivered. Table assembled easily in about 30 minutes. Love the butterfly leaf & works well! Chairs took over an hour to assemble, mostly because one bolt would not screw in. Husband finally got it to work. Haven't had it long enough yet to know how well the table surface will hold up to scratches & dents.

We LOVE our new dining set!!!! Very sturdy, solidly made! Very easy to assemble! The Buttermilk color was not as white as we would have liked, so we painted it !!! WE LOVE THIS SET!!!
