This bookcase is junky. It took my husband a long time to put it together and the material is flimsy. It also smells toxic and I don't even want it in my husband's office now. Not a good product.

Directions could have been a little more consice, with the cabinet hinges in particular. Some of the figures in the instructions was like looking at a black-and-white copied science quiz where all of the figures are just blotches of ink. Otherwise, the bookshelf is functional, though I wish it were a little sturdier at certain connecting points.
