A little uneven after assembly even though professionally assembled

I ordered this wardrobe during Wayfair’s 4th of July sale, expecting quality at the $850 price point. What I received was a cheap, flimsy mess missing a critical piece (#15) required for assembly. The vendor admitted they don’t offer replacement parts, then sent me a package with the part I needed that was a damaged “fix” along with other broken pieces—clearly not due to shipping.

I like the design. The color was exactly like the pictures show, the package was wrapped very well so there was no damages. It included enough hardware and there were couple extra screws for some of the packs so we can finish the assembly all in once. I hate the situation that I have to stop in the middle of the assembly because of missing screws. The overall quality of the unit is average, the doors were little thin and light.
