Beautiful and easy to put together

this is the worst service I've ever had. Got this piece and started putting it together and there were 2 pieces the same. I received 2 x #5 and I needed a #6. I emailed the company April 17th and I'm still waiting for the piece. I want to return this as it's been over a month on waiting for the part, today is May 19th. I have this unfinished unit in my living room now all this time. I just remodelled and I can't even finish this darn unit. Now I tried to do a return and I can't because I guess Mayfair won't take it back because it's over a month. I'm really not happy with this unit, and it's really cheap looking too. But that is what you get for buying cheap stuff.
