Canapé et méridienne de 103,3 po de large avec repose-pieds faisant face à la droite

This was my first large purchase online. It arrived early and was missing the hardware to assemble the couch. It was also missing the legs to the couch and the ottoman. It definitely looks better in the picture. The chaise piece was able to be assembled .I called while the delivery people were still with me and requested they send the missing items. I was told it would not come till the 1st of the next month. After sitting for 30 minutes I was so sore. It is very uncomfortable. It is hard as a rock. I called the next day to request a pickup and I was told they do not want it back. I was told I could donate or give it away. I was told my refund will go back to my card. Please note: Customer service was very kind. Hope this helps someone interested in this item.
