The sofa itself is good quality, but I’m very disappointed with this purchase because of several issues. The listing says the chaise can be installed on either the left or the right side, but that is not true. I specifically bought this sofa because I needed the longer section on the right side. During assembly, I realized the pieces do not fit that way, and I had to improvise and create my own workaround just to make it work in my space. On top of that, the box was clearly mishandled during shipping, and the fabric on the sofa arrived damaged. It is already starting to tear, and I’m concerned that with normal use it will only get worse over time. The quality of the sofa feels good overall, but paying around $1,000 for a product that does not match the description and arrives with damage is extremely disappointing. If I had known the chaise was not truly reversible and that there was a risk of shipping damage, I would not have purchased it.

The sofa is exactly like the pictures. Easy to assemble. the only slightly difficult part was attaching the side rods, but other than that I absolutely loved it and definitely recommend it.

Seat Covers ripped 30 days in. I contacted support but never received a response.
