I absolutely love my couch! It is so easy to take a nap on or to fit my family of 5! It is perfect for movie nights and gatherings with family. I love how comfortable it is and how big it is. The ottomans are a huge plus!

Sofa in a box? I had no idea that this sofa would be frameless--- it arrived rolled up and decompressed in a box and I could not believe my new sofa would fit in that box! The description did not allude to this at all. Had I known, I probably would not have gotten it. Once unpacked/seal broken, it puffed up very quickly and immediately, except, sadly, for the back cushions….those remained flat and lifeless. Since they did not puff up, they are very flimsy and don’t even stand tall or give any sort of support. I am hoping this is a fluke, and have requested new back cushions. Overall, however, it is quite comfortable, but the quality is not what I wanted for the price range. The best part of the sofa is the two ottomans…those seem solid, only the seem does not line up with the edge of the ottoman (see photos). I do also like that the material is cotton, not a synthetic fabric. The arm rests move, since there is no frame to this sofa. I think it would be good for a basement or family room, but not as your main sofa. It is worth noting that the sofa is one unit, and you cannot remove the cushions for cleaning, as far as I can see. It was cool though to see how fast it inflated.
