It is a nice couch. It comes well packaged and easy to open. The couch literally just rolls out and pops up once you remove the film. The couch is very comfortable and the material is nice and soft. I am giving it 4 stars because I do not love the cushions that come with it. They aren’t as plump nor as rectangular as originally pictured.

I was so excited after ordering this terrific looking sofa. The sofa arrived in two boxes (which were dropped on my neighbor's porch. not mine and I had to push this very heavy box over to my house and since it is extremely heavy, it was no cakewalk. This sofa shipped to me like one of those vacuum packed mattresses. There were no directions included with the sofa, so I just opened it up and allowed it to breathe for a few days. The sofa's back cushions are the only loose cushions on the unit and they did not have nearly enough padding and as they were, I could not leave them as is. I added one queen sized bed pillow to each back cushion and it made all the difference. The 2 included throw pillows are far too flat and insignificant, so I put them away. The sofa is very heavy and not as easy to move as a traditional sofa with a wooden structure. The wide wale corduroy upholstery is very soft and comfortable. Each piece features a continuous zipper on the underside of the sofa and ottoman, so you can simply unzip the fabric and throw it in the washer. This is a great feature! Overall the sofa is very comfortable to sit on and sleep on too!

Bigger and better than expected. More firm than expected which is great. Only things to know back cushions very flimsy, very deep couch with very little back support but I added filling and now they’re perfect
