Very easy to put together and arrange. All cushions are detachable, so they can be turned and fluffed as needed. It may seem a little short at first, but once the seat cushions are in, it's a typical height.

Not as tall as I thought it would be but that’s my fault for not looking at the heights shown. Fun and comfortable couch.
