I absolutely love our new couch. I ordered on a Sunday, everything was here by friday, less than a week for delivery. Assembly was fairly easy, screw on the feet and there were pre-installed brackets on the base to slide the back on. The fabric is very soft and the quality is very nice for the price. All of the cushions inflated after a couple days of being out of the vacuum sealed bags. My only issue was not receiving the connecting brackets but I contacted customer service and they gave me a discount on the order and are sending me the brackets. They included 4 matching throw pillows (I had a few extra and the blankets from the picture were also not included). I love the storage under all of the seating and ottomans. Overall highly recommend.
