The bed came on time and well packaged. Once we got it into the house, it took a few days for my husband to tackle it. All pieces were there (which says a lot)! It took him about 4 hours to assemble it. It is a very sturdy bed however, when bouncing up and down, the slats under the mattress were quite noisy - like a clacking sound. We remedied this by placing a thin strip of packing foam under the slats. So far, it’s holding and is quiet. For this reason, we gave it 4 stars. Other than that one issue, we like it a lot. The wood is beautiful. We like the low profile style and would purchase it again. A nightstand is included that we have yet to assemble.
