I returned this couch. This couch was not a good quality item as it was very low to the ground, not enough cushioning in the seated pads and or back support pillows. The couch had a Velcro strip across the back of the entire couch that interfered with the comfort of this couch.

Really solid sectional. It's comfortable, looks great, and it was easy to assemble. It's a bit low to the ground, but higher than several other sectionals that I looked at. My kids love it as well!

Purchased in Beige Chenille color. So happy! I took one for the team and bought this couch without any other reviews to tell me how it'd be, AND it worked out! The color is an exact match to the picture, a lovely off-white color - it's pretty neutral (i.e., neither warm toned or cool toned). Delivery: The delivery was fast, and the tracking worked perfectly. For me, it was delivered via FedEx and arrived in 5 days. It arrives in two large boxes, each of which is about 70 pounds. Definitely want to lift it with a friend (or use a hand truck). Assembly: Went really well, granted I'm good at this thing. The hardware was all there. The instructions were very clear and the pieces were very well labeled. They give you all the tools you need also, which is nice - two wrenches and a screw driver were included. I used a power drill just to get it done faster, but it's totally not required. Final product: First of all, the fabric's texture is amazing and it doesn't shed or anything like that. Regarding the cushions, I was initially bummed because the cushions did not puff up much, looked super flat, and the couch was pretty hard. Not uncomfortable, but I was looking for a couch you could sink into. After a few days, I realized you can zip open all the cushion covers and fluff up the cotton. The entire back cushion's filling, and the top layer of the seat cushion's filling, is this loose cotton that gets compressed when they vacuum-seal the cushions to ship. The foam part of the seat cushions fluffed up right away, but the cotton needs to be manually broken up and fluffed. Once I did that, the couch was very comfy, and the cushions looked exactly as pictured. (Trick: the back cushions have holes in one size where you can reach your hand in and do this, the seat cushions do not, but I used a box cutter to make a small cut, and it worked great - the cotton doesn't fly out.)
