Couch arrived without cushions and manufacturer has not responded to Wayfair's request to send the cushions.

The couch is very soft. Shipping wasnt great got half a couch then 4 days later got the other half. Missing 6 feet (Update) Not very comfy for sitting. Seems like its breaking down where I sit already

Pros: very soft, pretty grey color. Cons: short, no cushions for back (they’re all detached pillows), slides on hardwood floor

Plush, soft and comfy. Easy to put together. The chaise is basically just a seperate ottoman so it is not 1 seamless piece like I expected (should have read the description better). Came in 3 boxes but they were all delivered on seperate days.

We only received one part of the couch, no screws or directions. We were looking forward to having our couch before Christmas. I pray customer service can make this right.

Assembly was easier than expected, super soft material and very sturdy so far. I’ll probably fall asleep on it with the hour
