The delivery people didn't deliver the packages inside the house, claiming that the packages were too big to fit through the door. The measurements of the package is 26x28x30 while the width of our door is 35. The packages can go through the door without problem. The delivery guys lied to us. I paid an extra $200 dollars to hire people to move the packages to the inside of our house. This was totally unacceptable.
