I couldn’t find any good sectionals for under 1k, so this was a good deal for us ! Took us about an hour to put together. The directions don’t clarify certain things (the pieces to anchor the inner sections together have multiple size holes directions don’t reflect what goes where). We did get one screw that was the wrong size but other that it was pretty straight forward. I’m sitting on it about 19 hours after setup and the cushions have almost doubled in size. It’s nice and firm but still soft enough for you to sink in. It did not have a smell or anything which is great. The chaise pieces slide around on our hardwood floor, but with some grippy tape on the bottoms of legs, they stay put. The legs are plastic but not cheap feeling. So far it’s wonderful and it’s BIG!! My husband is 5’11 and I added a photo of him on couch right after assembling. Photo with AirPods on it is next morning, you can see cushion growth already.

Pretty solid couch. Was relatively easy to put together. The only con is that I wish the back pillows were thicker but other than that very happy with my purchase.

I must say, I was extremely skeptical about getting a couch I'm unable to sit on first. I hate firm sofas, so when I saw in the description that it was "cloud soft", I took a chance. This sofa is for sure very soft and comfortable. The entire thing came shipped in 2 boxes which was also impressive, and assembly for the most part was pretty simple. The hardest part was just connecting all of the sections together. The wood is a bit frail and cheap on it though so it's very lightweight, but the comfort definitely makes up for it. I had one issue where on the second day, we went to sit down and had our hand on the arm rest for support as we were sitting and ended up breaking the armrest. the screws ripped right out of the wood. They have an email address to reach out on in the instructions book, so I emailed and they got right back to me with great customer service and shipped me replacement parts right away! Their customer service and the comfort 100000% make up for any issues we have had!

The couch was shipped very quickly but both boxes are very heavy. You definitely need two people to move the boxes. The couch is very comfy. The only problem we had was screwing in all the feet. The threads were very difficult to line up. Overall I’m happy with this couch.
