Awesome chair. Though to be honest the first chair we received had a mechanical issue. Wayfair worked with us to resolve the issue with the manufacturer and a replacement has been received and is perfect. I am editing my review as the new chair was also an issue and ended up going in the garbage. I ordered another chair from a reputable seller

This chair is very comfortable and soft. I love how far back it can recline which is really nice. It does not close to fast which I appreciate. The speed in which it lifts you up is nice and slow too.

Super comfortable and supportive recliner! The power lift assist works smoothly, making it easy to get up. Love the overstuffed design and handy side pocket. Fits well with my decor. Highly recommend!

It broke within 5 months. It was purchased to help my elderly mother and she barely used it. Very disappointed.

Really nice recliner….. update it’s falling apart after a couple of months. While Wayfair reps are nice each one gives another story. Was told I’d get a refund then told no. Was told I didn’t need a box, run around with FedEx, insurance etc do not buy extra warranty .. Allstate did not honor it either. No more shopping at Wayfair
