Biggest issue is the legs portion of the massage setting stopped working after only 4 months. The massage is more of a vibration. Pushing the recliner back in with your legs is pretty difficult. It is overall a nice chair, easy to put together.

The heat and massage do not work, other then paying extra for those features the chair is comfortable. Can someone come fix those features

Color is off from picture. The brown is much lighter between a medium and light brown. I’m not very happy with the color.

Very comfortable and. Fast delivery, had an issue with fedex and Wayfair handled it promptly with great customer service

The recliner I got the footrest wouldn't come up all the way unless I pulled it up by hand and the footrest would stay up. I am dealing with manufacture
