I’m very disappointed with this chair. I was really trying to love it, but it’s the worst. It feels like it’s falling apart and I’ve only had it a couple of months…I wish I could replace it…

Hate it! Not comfortable, slow to power the chair up and down. It’s not oversized at all. Wish I could return it.

Update after only 4 months this chair is falling apart and not working properly. The footrest has broken and the motor is the chair barely works. The chair will not lay back anymore. Very disappointed that Wayfair wont make it right. The chair came quickly and was very easy to assemble. The chair is quite large. The fabric is very soft and comfortable. It’s a fantastic chair for the price.

The chair is definitely comfy, but I do not understand the thought (or really the lack of thought) that went into the arms. They literally just sit loosely in place with metal prongs that go into holes in the base of the chair. Which would probably be OK except the holes aren't snug around the prongs so that when you use the arms to help reposition yourself they move a little and the metal prongs make a rattle-y kind sound that is annoying because your chair shouldn't make any sounds at all. My other issue is that I don't get why your feet would hang off the footrest of an oversized chair. I'm only 5'4" and I find this annoying. So, just know "oversized" doesn't include length. Finally, I understand what zero gravity means. I did not understand that it meant there was no point in which you could also just sit up with your legs on the leg rest without the zero gravity effect. The back begins reclining shortly after the leg rest starts coming out so that in order to rest your legs, you have to also been reclined somewhat. Fine if you truly want to recline most of the time. Not fine if you also bought the recliner to be a comfy place to work from home on occasion. So, good chair but overall a disappointment for me.

Amazing chair!! Purchased for my disabled daughter and she tells everyone how much she loves the softness and size and we can’t keep our cat away from it. Comfy and big everyone wants one now.
